The IMPRO board game is an adult party game that was developed purely for entertainment purposes and is suitable for all kinds of evening gatherings with family and friends. It was developed by a bunch of crazy therapists from Pori, Finland, because there was not a versatile enough board game on the market. Finally, this shortcoming has been corrected and a fun board game for adults is available.

The impro board game combines the dark humor of the therapy world with thought-provoking questions and tasks. Your task is to bring this extremely unique board game to life with your own friends!

The Impro board game challenges players to test themselves in four different subject areas: Task, Creativity, Self-Awareness and Mental Health. The game also comes with a K18 card deck, the content of which will make your cheeks blush.

Task: In this section, the player's task is to deduce the answers of their fellow players to yes/no questions.

Creativity: Measures the player's ability to express themselves using their body and drawing.

Self-knowledge: In this topic area, you will learn new things about yourself and your fellow players. Be prepared for surprising revelations.

Mental Health: The player's good verbal skills and wits will help them cope with challenging situations. You get to use your imagination!

Gameplay

The game is set up by placing the game board on the table. The Hourglass and the Psychiatric Hospital card are placed next to the game board. The question cards are placed in piles on the table by category.
The game has four different categories: Task, Creativity, Self-Awareness, and Mental Health.

The youngest player starts and the game continues clockwise. Players move the game pieces according to the number on the dice and pick up the question card of the category the game piece lands on. The player reads the question card out loud and follows the instructions on the card according to the category. Depending on the category, the player completes the card using verbal skills, artistry, body language, facial expressions or wild imagination.

Players advance on the board based on correct answers and successful completion. The dice are used at the beginning of each round until the golden finish line is reached. In the finish line, players advance only by completing categories or answering correctly. The first player to reach the finish line is the winner. If two or more players reach the finish line in the same round, the game ends in a draw.
