Delivery and Return Terms
Brief Delivery Terms:
- Products have a 365 day return policy. Returned products must be in absolutely saleable condition.
- Products that are in stock have a delivery time of 1 - 2 business days. If the ordered product is exceptionally out of stock, the customer will be informed without delay.
- If a consumer has been delivered the wrong product, or the product is defective, the consumer must report this immediately to Hot Lips® Online Store customer service either by email at: info (at) hotlips.fi or by phone at +358-45-1749150 (Mon-Fri 9-14).
- Hot Lips® is not responsible if the delivery of the order is prevented, hindered, or delayed by a factor outside the control of Hot Lips® sex shop, such as war, natural disaster, export or import ban, decision by authorities, disruption in general traffic, or any other similar factor that complicates or prevents the operation of the Hot Lips® online store. We are also not responsible for errors in delivery data caused by the customer. Therefore, make sure your phone number and email address are correct. Sometimes emails are filtered into spam, so please check there too if you do not see messages.
- The use of products sold in Hot Lips Online Store is the responsibility of the user. We do not take responsibility for damages caused by usage.

Detailed Delivery Terms:
1. Ordering
1.1 During the order, the customer must always provide: a) As a consumer: name, address, email address, and phone number. Make sure the email and phone are definitely correct, as otherwise, you will not receive package arrival notifications. We are not responsible for incorrectly provided information and any subsequent additional costs. b) As a business customer: company name, contact person, email address, postal address, business ID, and phone number(s).
1.2 The customer agrees to the current contract, order, and delivery terms applicable at the time of each order.
1.3 Our online store's customer register is confidential, and no information is disclosed to third parties.
1.4 Communication between parties is conducted via email or phone. After placing an order, the customer commits to monitoring their email. Our online store's contact details can be found on our "Contact" page.
1.5 Any cancellation or changes to the order should be made as soon as possible after the order. We reserve the right to charge fees for unclaimed packages (25 euros).
1.6 A binding sales contract comes into effect when the customer has placed an order. The system automatically confirms the order by sending an order confirmation to the customer's email.
1.7 We reserve the right to limit the sale of products in larger quantities - e.g., due to poor availability.
1.8 The online store's responsibility for poor product availability, government or import restrictions is always limited to cancellation of the sale and possibly refunding any pre-paid money.
1.9 All products sold in our online store are sold as is. Please carefully read the product information on our website or the package content in the store.
1.10 In clear cases of product or price errors, the seller may invoke an error, for example, if it is such an obvious mistake that the customer should have understood the existence of the error.
1.11 We are not responsible for information on manufacturers' or other stores' websites.
1.12 Your order is shipped in its entirety if your order contains products that are on their way to our warehouse. If you want the products in stock to be shipped immediately, new shipping costs will be charged for your order.
1.13 All orderers must be at least 18 years old. By accepting these terms, the customer certifies that they have reached the age of 18.
1.14 The orderer ensures that the contact details, especially the email address and phone number, are correct. This ensures the arrival of package notifications.
2. Prices
2.1 The price list prices include VAT but not transportation.
2.2 Orders by phone, post, or email are delivered and paid by cash on delivery. Online orders can be conveniently paid using almost all available payment methods in the market.
2.3 All prices visible online apply only to orders made through our website's shopping cart.
2.4 Products are sold at the price at the time of ordering. Changes in prices therefore do not affect the price of your order afterwards.
3. Delivery
3.1 We usually deliver products to the customer with a delivery time of 1-2 days. Some products may have a longer delivery time depending on availability, usually about 2 weeks. This is in addition to the normal transport time, e.g., Post generally delivers packages within 1-2 days. We will inform about any delayed orders. We are not responsible in situations where the post moves the package to be picked up from another location. This situation can arise, for example, when the parcel machine is full or during peak seasons. If your order includes products that have a later delivery time indicated on the product card, the order will be delivered when all products have arrived.
3.2 If you send goods back to us, e.g., as a return, remember to keep the return documents and a copy of the postal receipt/tracking number. We do not accept cash on delivery packages under any circumstances.
3.3 If your order includes products that are coming to our warehouse, the order will be sent when all products have arrived.
4. Payment Terms and Methods
4.1 The current list of payment methods is available via a link on our website.
4.2 When paying in advance or by online payment, we require the order to be paid before delivery. Unpaid orders are cancelled.
5. Right of Return and Returning
5.1 The customer has a 365-day return right without a specific reason.
5.2 Mail order return rights apply only to unused and saleable products.
The return right is not valid if:
- The product's packaging is broken or torn.
- The product's packaging or plastic bag is missing.
- The seal on the product is broken.
- The plastic around the product is broken or removed
Restrictions according to Finnish consumer protection law chapter 6, section 16:
Hygiene and intimate products do not have a return right after the package is opened, because the product cannot be returned for sale.
5.3 Mail order return rights do not apply to underwear such as panties, socks, tights, bodysuits, and catsuit outfits. The return right also does not apply to intimate products, condoms, or films, games, gift cards, or calendars. If the product is defective, it is exchanged for a new one. In uncertain situations, call us first to avoid unnecessary costs.
5.4 Returning is free for you, provided you follow these instructions. We do not compensate for postage costs returned in any other way. Free return is valid only in Finland. Return shipping costs from Åland and abroad are the responsibility of the customer.
5.5 The purchase or pickup date is considered the day when the package was redeemed or picked up from the post office or alternatively the date on the receipt.
5.6 Your product return is processed quickly and smoothly when the following things are in order:
- In the original package (well packed) without unnecessary markings.
- Including a copy of the receipt/delivery note.
- Including an explanation of the reason for the return and/or the nature of the defect
- Including your name, address, phone number, and the account number to which we can return your money.
- Within 365 days from the purchase date.
- Returns are always sent according to the instructions found here.
5.7 Remember to ask for a receipt from the Post for your return. In this case, the responsibility for a possible loss of the return shipment lies with the Post.
NOTE! Without a receipt, we cannot take responsibility for a possible loss of the return shipment. We do not pay postage costs other than as a customer return sent by email with the address provided.
5.8 Returns with the above-listed documents or information are required. We do not process incomplete returns until the required information has been received.
5.9 Returns made without reason or with insufficient information cause us tremendous trouble and processing may take time, so please make sure all necessary material is included. An unclaimed order is not a return, unclaimed orders are charged a handling fee of 25 euros.
5.10 The customer must pay postage costs for returns made from abroad themselves.
5.11 Exchange for another product is always done in such a way that we refund the money for the product you have returned and you can make a new order for an alternative product. You can thus order another before your return is processed and the money will be returned to your account when your return is processed.
Defective Products
6.0 Defective products are always exchanged for a working product.
6.1 For quick processing, we ask you for the following: - In the original package (well packed). - Including a copy of the receipt/delivery note. - Including a description of the defect. - Including your name, address, and phone number.
6.2 We are not responsible for unnecessary returns. Unsure? Contact our customer service.
6.5 More than half of the warranty repairs are unnecessary, in most cases, the product is not broken. We also receive many poorly packed returns or returns missing a receipt, delivery note, or defect description. We cannot yet read minds, so please attach all the information we need to your return.
Storage of Products
Products made of different materials may react with each other. Products should not be stored in contact with each other or when damp. Batteries should be removed from the device during storage. We are not responsible for damage caused by storage.
