The training starts by placing the Pelvix device in the vagina without any weights inside it. Insert it just like you would insert a tampon. Try to hold it there for 15 to 15 minutes. Do not sit during the exercise. Instead, walk and exercise during your training break. The pelvis tends to descend into your vagina, which causes a spontaneous reflex to contract your pelvic floor muscles. This reaction is a really effective exercise.
Continue practicing daily until you can easily hold the device inside you. Then insert the lightest of the balls into the Pelvix. Unscrew the cap and slide the ball into the device. Repeat the exercise with the ball and increase the weight of the balls as development occurs. And that happens when you can only train hard. The training time varies and is individual, but the results are certain when the training is done daily.
