Very simple, this is like a smooth very long bent finger, but it really works. Thickness and length would be approx. 5 mm more. Without touching any of the base parts. The base is really good. As the work comes to an end, it feels as if the whole thin base is vibrating, being absorbed completely towards my depth with a very fierce pissing pain and then comes out white without touching anything. When driving with this, the thing always goes around corners even without vibrations ;). The device stays in place quite well. Even better if there was a little more thickness and with this neck it would be perfect for me.

Having tried many vibrating devices, I can really get away without touching anything with this one. One vibration of the device causes such a tingling sensation of urination that just gets stronger and stronger.
