I've been using this 1-2 times a day, mostly late into the night and playing with the vacuum sleeve. It's hard to judge whether it gives a harder erection on its own, when your own desires and state of arousal often determine more (and when you start rubbing the product into yourself, you can get a placebo effect that "Hey, this works!"). The product also has a really pungent smell that comes from some of the natural product extracts in the product, this may not please a sensitive nose. The smell also sticks to the hands (and of course to what it is applied to) and thus is not necessarily very exciting for yourself or a potential partner. I use up the product but I don't think I will order more of this.
